Where’s my order? Use Track order with the phone number used at checkout — no order number needed.
Delivery chargesare calculated automatically by zone at checkout: ৳80 inside Dhaka City, ৳110 in Dhaka Sub-city (Savar/Keraniganj), and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Some products carry a free-delivery offer that overrides this charge — it’s shown on the product page and in your cart.
Cash on Delivery lets you inspect your item before you pay the rider.
Returns & warranty
Items are returnable within 7 days, unused and in original packaging. Manufacturer warranty is listed on every product page. Start either from Warranty & returns in your account.
