Terms of Service

Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by phone or via order-status update.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, and major cards. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full when the courier hands over your order.

Delivery charges are calculated by zone at checkout — Inside Dhaka City, Dhaka Sub-city, and Outside Dhaka — and shown before you pay. Delivery estimates are best-effort and can vary with courier load or weather.

Cash-on-Delivery customers may inspect their product before accepting it. Beyond that, items are eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Manufacturer warranty terms (shown on each product page) apply after that window — see Warranty & returns in your account to start a claim.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the contact and delivery details you provide. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or where delivery repeatedly fails due to incorrect information.
