What we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and delivery address
- Your email address, if you provide one
- Order details — items, prices, chosen payment method, and delivery status
We also store a few preferences directly in your browser (not on our servers): your cart, wishlist, and language choice. Clearing your browser data removes these.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and deliver your order, provide order-tracking status, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send you price-drop or promotional updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments
Cash on Delivery orders involve no online payment data. For bKash, Nagad, or card payments, you’re directed to that provider’s own secure payment flow — Glint Gear does not receive or store your wallet PIN or full card number.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing privacy@glintgear.com.
